Our Orange Room...
Our beautiful, joyful orange group room has the following features:
~ Gorgeous hardwood floors
~ Lot's 'o natural light
~ Measures roughly 21 x 18
~ Fits up to 20- 30 participants depending if they are lying on yoga mats or sitting in meditation pose
and 20-23 sitting in chairs. We currently have 18 chairs with access to more if needed.
A few important notes...
~ We strongly suggest you inquire about your event with us at least 6-8 weeks in advance, if not more. The sooner we can solidify a date that works for our calendar, the sooner we can get your info. uploaded to our website events calendar, to our Facebook group, and onto our calendar flyer. All of these steps take time, so allow for it, without stress. This marketing is included in our agreement to host your event at our space, AND we encourage you to utilize your own marketing streams and outreach for your event as well. Do not rely on us to produce a successful event for you. This is a co-creation and takes team work to make the dream work! ;-)
~ Our room rental fees are $30 per hour. Discounts given for full day and weekend events.
~ This includes marketing to our email list, posting on our business and group pages through Facebook, and being added to our paper flyer that gets updated regularly and posted at our center.
~ We do have massage tables available for rent, for a small additional charge, if needed.
~ We can also provide a tea service for your event, depending on the size of your group, for a small additional charge.
~ We do have a kitchen, with a fridge, for your full day/ weekend events.
~ Many of our events are of the yogic, meditative and dance/ movement style and don't require chairs, however, we currently can offer 15-18 chairs for your event, upon request, if needed.
